Everything You Need to Know About 34CrMo4, 708A37, 1.7220, 35CD4 Alloy Steel
1.7220 Alloy Steel Description
1.7220 alloy steel is a type of steel with the best mechanical properties. The 34CrMo4 steel is designed for water or oil hardening, and inductive or fire surface hardening after a thermal improvement. 35HM is used for heavy-duty construction parts, machines or equipment where high ductility, abrasion resistance and high temperatures up to 500℃ are required. In many cases, more expensive nickel grades can be substituted by this grade.
